Michael has been a resident of the Liberty Elementary School District for 23 years. He currently serves as the Governing Board President. Michael has been very involved in the district since his now 20 year old daughter started Kindergarten at Liberty Elementary School. Michael has spent his career in and around public safety, working as a firefighter, for a medical helicopter company, and the Public Safety Interoperable Communications Office. Michael was one of the youngest certified Emergency Medical Technicians in the state, being certified at the age of 17. He won the National Star of Life Award at the age of 20.
Michael previously served as a the President of the Drowning Prevention Coalition. He has brought a new focus on student outcomes, customer service and fiscal accountability to the school district.
Michael is a problem solver who is not afraid to think outside of the box. He has held contractors with the district accountable for delays and pricing overruns. Under his leadership the board hired a new school superintendent who has brought a breath of fresh air to the district.
Michael is focused on student outcomes and customer service and transparency. A proven leader who will fight for the students and the tax payer, Mr. Todd is no stranger to organizational success. Michael has a laser focus on making the Liberty Elementary School District and elite organization. He routinely quotes the commander of the Navy Blue Angels Commander who says “We will chase perfection, knowing all the while we will miss, but along the way we will find greatness”.
Bryan Cirrincione was appointed to the Liberty 25 School Board April 2024. Mr. Cirrincione was a key vote to address improving discipline and removing destructive political ideology from the classrooms.
Bryan will continue to support the current Board leadership in transparency, accountability improved academic proficiency, and parents’ rights.
Mr. Cirrincione has an extensive military background spanning twenty-one years that included three combat tours in Iraq and one combat tour in Afghanistan. After retiring from the Army, Bryan, and his family moved to Goodyear AZ in 2021.
Bryan and his family have already created strong ties to the community and is active in his local Church. Mr. Cirrincione has a strong desire to improving children’s lives through public education.
Bryan’s global Military experiences have equipped him with a unique perspective, allowing him to approach local issues from multiple viewpoints to bring people together.
